No idea, never tried. But methinks it's a matter of practise anyway. If I can fly a plane, you'd think beating some tightened skins would be easy enough.

If anyone can compose a worthwhile song it might be worth trying out.

what do u play ed? who are ur influences?
I'm thinking about getting thrashy like the track FFX- Otherworld without the death metal grunts.

Acoustic and electric guitar now. The electric is an ESP, the pickups are good for death metal type music. But with an effect mixer it won't matter. Influences? I just like to play bits and pieces of songs I hear that I like

i used to be quite a lyricist... well... poet... although.. i might be rusty now... although... i like the idea... of taking a most excellent written song... that no one knows now... and amping 10 fold... lol few random chorus.... a classic... Hey, hey Woody Guthrie, I wrote you a song 'Bout a funny ol' world that's a-comin' along. Seems sick an' it's hungry, it's tired an' it's torn, It looks like it's a-dyin' an' it's hardly been born. You fasten the triggers For the others to fire Then you set back and watch When the death count gets higher You hide in your mansion As young people's blood Flows out of their bodies And is buried in the mud thats a great song... although.. pearl jam redone a few years ago... although... softly. aaahhh... I see a lot of people as I make the rounds And I hear her name here and there as I go from town to town And I've never gotten used to it, I've just learned to turn it off Either I'm too sensitive or else I'm gettin' soft. all good stuff... but oh... whats that thing that could bugger this idea... ? whats its called... leftcopy... rightcopy... oh... copyright. ;D so whats the purpose of this band ?? if to make money... then we writing our own lyrics... if to have fun.... fuk copyright! ;D FC
