Viacom cant really sue for copyright infringement, as "Pimp My Snack" isn't a part of the copyrighted name of Viacom's "Pimp My Ride" show.
The company who made "Pimp My Snack" is just utilising a marketing scheme we call piggybacking, which is absolutely legal. It's basically them using a already popular name/brand changing a word to make their own brands, and literally "Piggyback" the name to create a market.
Although there had been various cases where the "piggybacked" company had succeeded in sueing for defamation as the piggybacking company was so ran so poorly, that they created a negative image for their original brand!

all they can do is threaten, nothing else. Especially if the other company is overseas and not based in the same country as themselves!
