Picked it up a few days back after lunch with FC at LCK and a few days later after shopping for the right pistol and modding, I present you the complete working WE MEU CPE
Feels, looks and fires great! Blowback echo is increased by the CPE making it sound more like a GBB M4 Doesn't sound like a pistol at all.
Just finished on my work table:
Length comparison:
Final Product!
I added on the micro aimpoint and Larue mount raiser. Some rail protectors on the left/right, stock change to VLTOR and... "It's a bingo~!"
With Silencer and extended outer barrel:
WE 1911 MEU base
150% recoil spring
120% hammer spring
6.03 inner barrel (100mm length)

Details regarding fitting 1911/MEU into the AABB 1911 CPE:
After trying to fit various 1911s into the kit I found that the CPE is originally meant for the basic 1911 - fixed iron sights, left stubby safety only and no/minimal lower rail.
So fitting a tactical 1911 into the CPE kit poses a few problems:
1) right safety has to go completely
2) left safety has to be cut down or swapped with the basic 1911 stub safety
3) Novak rear sights prevent the slide from being fully racked back to lock and either the sights have to be taken off or the kit modified inside with a dremel to make space.
4) a lower rail on the 1911 tactical does fit but a slightly longer (Kimber Desert Warrior length) will not and some cutting/dremel job is required to modify the kit to fit.
5) Grip panel screw hole on the kit is slightly spaced closer together than the WE 1911 holes so some filing is needed to align just one pair of the holes to make the gun fit. I recommend aligning the top holes and modifying the bottom screw holes.
6) The CPE kit is a bit picky on the stock tubes it'll accept. The threading adapter on the kit is a bit small and/or the stock tube's own threadings are abit big. I found that Element and DBOYS AEG stock tube that are 2-in-1 (fits both AEGs and GBB M4s) fits perfectly. Sadly I've had trouble filing down the threading on my UBR stock and it still does not fit to have the same look as Hera Arms advert.
7) One of the forward screw points of the kit partly obstructs the bottom of the front slide, catching on it every time the slide cycles. This makes the slide unable to cycle smoothly and sometimes gets stuck when manually cycled. Dremel or file away and your CPE kit is Fully Mission Capable

User notes:
- similar to the MP7, low mounted red-dots will not work when shouldering the CPE as a carbine as it is too low. So a raised mount or naturally raised dot/reflex/iron sight is needed.
- Madbull Assassin 235mm inner barrel set is recommended to extend the barrel out (see UN Company)
- But the position of the 1911 barrel bore is slightly higher than the CPE's bore so a long silencer ill not fit without bending the barrel down.
