This is the poll for Sk8's question:
Which is a better investment?
MP7
Or
M93R
For other choices please reply with gun suggestion.

General info:
TM MP7 is a small AEG/AEP that uses mini rechargable battery to operate. Single or auto.
M93R refers to KSC's ver 2 M93R (the new one), which has single, burst and auto. Gas blowback.

Hm, sinceit's my question i can't really answer it now can I.
I'm looking for a CQB gun-I feel my SR is a little too powerful and some people just don't want to deal with 1.5 in a shoothouse. hence the question.
thanks!

Also, if Sk8 got the MP7, would he be able to use it for quickdraw?
The MP7 is really an electric pistol with single and auto fire.
It has a cocking handle so to simulate the 'loading of a bullet' he can rack that before firing.

Besides that, I vote for the MP7. It's much better as a sidearm or PDW for use in the field. Rails, foregrip, extending buttstock, rifle/pistol sights man. Practically ALL-IN-ONE!! I WANT ONE!!!! xD
But if I got the M93R, I'd also have folding stock and foregrip but no rails and nice sights. However I have 50rnd mag clips hehehe.
-EDIT-
Okay, M93R can't compare much to the MP7. MP7 has 190 rnd clips.

Ooh very difficult decision...
i'm trying to think what holster would work for it. I think the SOCOM holster with LAM unit would work. And I think there's a special chest rig for it (goes parallel to the arm)

I faced the same dillema recently with the purchase of my p90, it was the p90 or the mp7 due to price and CQB usage concerns.
I ended up buying a P90 as the p90 has much more capacity for everything than the mp7, ROF is way higher, power, ammo cap etc.
I ended up deciding against the mp7 mainly due to the really slow ROF, for CQB i can deal with a 0.7j ish gun IF it fires decently fast, and 600rpm is NOT fast.
p90 on the other hand fires 800-850 rpm out of the box (RS is 900rpm i think?) and since im running it on a 9.6v now i think it fires in the 1000-1200 rpm range.
The p90 also shots 1j now, 0.8 out of the box i think.
Now comparing the mp7 to the 93r, the mp7 will have the advantage in the ammo and runtime department as it has hicaps and the batteries VS gas and long mags at the most for the 93r, the 93 has more power and rof though.
a way that i though of to fix the ROF and battery capacity problems of the mp7 was to custom make a li-ion pack for it, consisting of 6 lithium cells wired together to give 3 sets of 2 batteries in parallell, giving about 1200-1400 mah and 7.4v-8.4, 7.4 nominal and 8.4 on full charge. the higher discharge capacity of the li-ion cells would probably allow the thing to fire faster and the extra capacity would probably make it last all day too but you would need to have the pack made and get a special charger for the li-ion batts and cannibalise a stock battery pack for the connector...
anywho, if you ask me id get the 93r cause GBB=pwn and has better ROF and power.
If you really want an mp7, i'd wait for CYMA to come out with their cheap copy version of the mp7, will probably be about the same as the TM quality wise but cost about half as much, that way even if you hate the thing after buying, you haven't lost much.

even though GBBs do rock, i voted mp7 cuz simply put,the chance of running out of juice for u'r battery vs running out of gas for a pistol is that the batt would obviously outlast the gas, putting it on the more reliable side. Then in the long run, you wouldn't need to buy gas ect...
