Problem: When pulling the trigger, the gearbox cycles but locks or fails to continuously fire, requiring additional trigger pulls and/or does not continue to 'crank'/cycle the piston.
Symptions:
- Can hear the motor trying to turn creating "clicking" noises.
Usual causes:
- Spring is too strong for motor to crank - Motor has burned out (trying to crank said spring) - Motor has been 'tuned' in too far causing both pinion and bevel gears to lock. - You're out of battery.
Solution:
1) use a charged battery 2) Change the motor 3) Use a weaker spring

just like to add another cause... mis-alinement of motor (v2 only) after installing the motor you can catch the wires between motor and grip plate, forceing the motor into the gearbox incorrectly. FC

i used to have this prob all the time with my m4, then i realised i was using a dead battery.
one soloution could be to use a higher voltage battery.
